Wondering about the charges on your job? Our Lightroom Plug-in does give you a breakdown of the retail cost, and the coverage discount. During upload, you will be shown the total charge, and any amount payable for the job.
That being said, there are still questions, we generally hear from our customers.

| Will I be billed if a job does not complete the upload process and I start over? | Absolutely not! There are no costs for incomplete job submissions. |
| I'm being charged for the job, and I don't see the correct event type. What do I do? | Consult with us. We may be able to help you select the correct event type to avoid those charges. If the event you're submitting is not the type we cover, there will be a charge. |
