| What if I started a job and then I decide mid upload I don't want it anymore? Can I start over? | Absolutely! If you stop your upload in the middle, you can just create a new job submission and start over. If your job completed uploading, but you made a mistake, please send us an email at mylifeback@shootdotedit.com and ask us to cancel that submission. Then you can place a brand new submission with the corrected information or images. |
| The system logged me out before the job was submitted, what do I do? | Please log back in, and you should be able to restart your submission. |
| I logged back in it’s asking me if I want to republish all my jobs? What do I do? | No need to republish all of your images, so you can decline this option |
| Lightroom crashed, my internet went out, something interrupted my job mid-upload, what do I do? | No problem! If your upload was interrupted for any reason, please create a new job submission. |
| How do I know the job has been submitted because it seems to be taking a long time? | You will get a pop up dialogue box on your screen with the job number and a congratulations and this will serve as your confirmation that the job has been submitted successfully. |
