First, you will start by logging out of your Adobe Creative Cloud account and log in using the account name and password provided to you. To log out, you need to open your Adobe Creative Cloud account. Next, click on the circle in the top right corner. It will either be a two-tone blue circle or if you have uploaded an avatar you will see that image.
Once signed out you will log in using the email and password that your Personal Style Consultant has provided to you.
Now that you have logged in, you need to open the Lightroom CC Cloud-based application.
For the next step, you need to locate your presets on your computer and get them ready to import into the Lightroom Cloud-Based Catalog.
Once you have imported your preset we will make sure you can quickly locate it.
Press “E” to get to the editing panel.
Now at the bottom, you will see “Presets” and locate yours.
Now you just need to simply edit the images as you please with your preset to make them look how you would like your images looking when you get a job back.
Once the editing is completed you just need to call, email, or use our Livechat to let your Style Consultant know that you have finished editing.
At this point, we will review your editing and create a consistent edit based on your style that works with our Custom Color Correction process. This step is designed to deliver you a consistent look to your images based on how you matching it as best as possible.
Once we email you and let you know that you have updated images to look over you will need to open the cloud-based Lightroom again. If you have logged out of our Adobe Creative Cloud account you will need to log back in using the email address and password provided to you in the email that was sent to you.
After you have opened Lightroom CC back up, you will press the letter “P” to see all the photos and collections on the left-hand panel. You will need to look for “Style Match Quick View” in this collection you will see 6 images that represent the 6 main lighting environments you face at weddings. If you are happy with the overall look just let your Style Consultant know and they will set you up to finish the Style Match process.
If you are not happy overall with the look, feel free to edit those 6 images again and we can review them once more to try and match your style as best as possible. Keep in mind that we are looking to make overall changes that affect all the images, not just certain ones. So if you are happy overall but maybe one image doesn’t quite match, that is okay.
Since we are looking to take care of the majority of the editing this would likely be the type of image you would need to make a quick adjustment to when you get jobs back from us.
Now that you are happy with the style that we have created based on your edits we will fully create and finalize your profile. You will then get an email to log into the Shootdotedit website and approve your newly created profile.
Once we have uploaded your samples and profile you will be notified to let you know that you have samples ready to view and approve on the Shootdotedit site. Once you log in you will click the gear symbol up next to “Log out” in the top right-hand corner.
Next, click “Style Match” Here you will see all the images.
Look for the button at the bottom of the page to “Approve Style Match” your profile.
Now that you have approved your brand new Style Profile you are all set to start submitting some jobs!
