If you’re feeling like you just don’t have the time to fill out these forms for every event, feel free to send in bride surveys from your couples! PDFs or links to forms or surveys your couples filled out before the wedding (or afterward) make it easy for us to get all the details we need! Include just one paragraph about YOUR experience, shoot over that survey, and we’ll pull together a beautiful story for the blog. The whole point is to save you time.

Wedding Questionnaire

• Tell us the story of your proposal.

• What details from your wedding did you love the most?

Newborn/Maternity Questionnaire

Consider sending questions like these over to your newborn/maternity session clients:

• Tell us the story of how the baby was named.
