Unlimited Plan: Shoots that Qualify

What kind of shoots can I submit on the UNLIMITED Plan?

ShootDotEdit is the First Choice post processing partner for the Wedding Pro, and everything they shoot.  So, that means the following shoots qualify under the UNLIMITED Plan:

• Wedding: Rehearsal dinner, Bridal Portraits, Engagement Dinners, Bride and Groom Only Sessions must all be submitted along with any other parts of the wedding event (i.e. getting ready, ceremony, reception). If these sessions are submitted as separate events there may be an additional cost of $.39 per image for all images over 700.
• Bridal Portraits: pictures of the Bride in her full wedding day attire - hair, makeup, jewelry, veil, bouquet, dress, Bride & Groom Formal Portraits, and any other itinerary item related to the event).
• Engagement Session: Must include the Bride and Groom only. Engagement parties or after wedding sessions are not included.
• Boudoir: Defined as men or women in partially clothed or in lingerie in candid or posed images. Headshots, Fashion shoots, and Glamor Shots are not included.
• Family: Must include a legal guardian and their children . Sibling Shoots, Birthday Parties, Child Only Sessions are not included. Children & Legal Guardians must be present together in 51% or more of the entire session.
• High School Senior: Do not included Graduation Ceremonies, Prom Sessions, Sporting Games, or College Level Students.
• Maternity: Expectant Mother must be in 51% or more of the total images.
• Baby: must be of a child under the age of 6 months and does not include birthday parties or birthing sessions.

Any other job, image, and/or event DOES NOT qualify for the UNLIMITED Plan.  And, in the name of this plan succeeding, we cannot provide any flexibility.  Here are a few examples of jobs, images, and events that do NOT qualify for the UNLIMITED Plan:

• Corporate
• Headshots
• Personal
• Vacation
• Still Life
• Cars and Sports
• Landscape

To clarify, these genres do not qualify under the Unlimited plan but you may certainly still submit the work to be edited and pay the retail cost of $0.39/image for the edits. 

As the popularity of the UNLIMITED Plan grows, it has become vital that we put into place a comprehensive review of every job to ensure it qualifies for the plan.  Combined with good old fashioned “eyes on” monitoring, we’ve also built software to detect jobs and images that do not qualify for the UNLIMITED plan submissions.
