Rollover Plan: Common Questions

Q: So, on any given month, I can submit either one wedding OR two engagement/portrait sessions, whichever I choose?
A: Exactly!

Q:  What if I don't shoot a wedding/portrait session on any given month?  Do I lose it?
A:  NO!  That's the beauty of the ROLLOVER Plan, they simply "rollover" for use the next month!

Q: What if I don't shoot a wedding and only shoot one engagement/portrait session?
A: That's easy :) Any unused portrait event will rollover to the following month, just like unused weddings.

Q: Can I buy more weddings if I need them?
A: YES.  At $179 per wedding OR two portrait sessions.

Q: Are there image limits?
A: YES.  Your credit covers you for up to 700 images per wedding and up to 200 images per Engagement/Portrait. Additional images can be added for only $0.39 an image

Q: Will unused events expire?
A: Not while you are an active ROLLOVER Plan subscriber.

Q: If I need to, can I upgrade to the UNLIMITED Plan?
A: Absolutely.

Q: If I'm a current UNLIMITED Plan subscriber, can I downgrade to this ROLLOVER Plan?
A:  Sorry, No.  The monthly price of the UNLIMITED Plan is calculated on an annual usage basis.

Q:  Is this a month-to-month or 12 month subscription?
A:  Both the UNLIMITED and ROLLOVER Plans are 12 month / annual subscription plans.

Q: Is their a minimum number of images that must be submitted for any given job?
A: Great news! we do not have any minimum image requirement.
