What to expect once we have received your job

Once we receive your job we will:

1. Send you an "Event Receipt" confirmation email.  It will confirm your job number, what you ordered, and when it is estimated to be finished.
2. A credit card authorization will be placed on your card upon placing the order (exactly what hotels do), and your credit card will be billed once we actually receive your job. This only applies if you've selected a chargeable service or purchased a credit.
3. Once we have finished your job, you will receive a final confirmation email which will also include a link to download your completed job.
4. Voilà!  Rinse-and-Repeat.
