How do I know when my job will be ready?

There are a few factors to consider for a specific job's turnaround time:

1. On which day was the job submitted? ShootDotEdit is open Monday through Friday. Jobs submitted on Friday evening(after close), Saturday, or Sunday will be received first thing Monday morning. The turnaround time will then begin on Monday.
2. When was the job submitted? Our turnaround times operate within our business hours, 8:00am to 4:00pm PST. For example, if a job is submitted at 8:00pm PST on a Tuesday, its turnaround time will start first thing Wednesday morning.
