How do I get support, FAST?

If you haven't already, we highly recommend searching our Help Desk. Using keywords helps to quickly find topics related to your question(s).

Aren't able to get the answers you are looking for? Feel free to send an email to info@extra.gallery. Including the following info will enable us to help you FAST:

  • Customer ID
  • Gallery Event Name
  • any/all details associated with the problem you are experiencing (screen grabs are encouraged whenever applicable)
