If you receive the error "Can't update this collection", that means one of your images is a corrupted file, see error message below.
That corrupted file is causing this error when Lightroom is trying to export it to ShootDotEdit.
Sometimes tracking down the corrupted image file can be hard, as the thumbnail version may look fine. However, when you try to open the full-size version of that file it will have a black space on it (see image below).
One way to identify the broken image is to export all of the raw images to Jpegs. Once the conversion is complete, you'll get a list of the files that Lightroom could not convert, which are your corrupted images.
Just remove those images from your catalog, and you should be able to create a new job and your submission should upload smoothly as normal.
