How to access your job once it’s complete

When ShootDotEdit completes a job, you receive a Job Complete email from job_complete@shootdotedit.com to the email address that you have on file.

Some email providers automatically filter Job Complete emails into a spam or junk inbox since these are automated emails containing links to an external site, so if you do not see this email, please be sure to check your spam or junk folder. We also recommend creating an email filter to ensure that job_complete@shootdotedit.com is whitelisted and not considered spam in the future.

Jobs can also be downloaded from your customer portal within 14 days of completion (Lightroom users only). Just log into ShootDotEdit to download your completed job from your Summary page!
