Your 12-month subscription plan is billed once a month on the same day each month. ShootDotEdit will send you a billing statement via email after each payment using the email address [email protected] or [email protected]
If you do not see your monthly statement, please make sure to check your Spam or Junk folders since some email providers can sometimes filter automated emails, like our billing statements.
Invoices are also sent after each job submission. These emails will have a detailed breakdown of the job, services ordered, and prices paid.
We recommend creating a folder for your ShootDotEdit invoices to make them easy to find at the end of each year.
